For our project, Kim completed a garage renovation, built an apartment over the garage (part of the structure was already roughed in), and updated the apartment porch (including a full rebuild of the stairs). The project included some fairly difficult challenges - raising ceiling rafters, installing two bathrooms and a kitchen, installing HVAC, and installing what seemed like miles and miles of tongue and groove. Her vision, tenacity, and work ethic resulted in the most beautiful apartment! It didn’t just meet our expectations, it far exceeded them! And never did we image the garage could look so good!
